Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions of Use before booking.

Below you can read our general terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made with us, regardless of how the booking is made. The terms also apply to bookings made through third-party channels.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in for booked hotel rooms is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

For security reasons, all guests over 18 years of age must be able to show valid identification. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if valid identification cannot be presented.

Liability for Damages

As a guest or the person responsible for the room, you are also liable for any damages that occur due to negligence or irresponsible behavior. In the event of damage to hotel rooms and other areas, the hotel will demand compensation and post-charge the guest/guarantor for the cost incurred by the damage.

Luggage & Valuables

All hotel rooms are equipped with safes. We also have a general luggage room where luggage can be stored on the day of arrival and departure. For safety reasons, the hotel cannot store items of high value or items that could pose a risk to guests or staff. The hotel also does not have strict liability for items stored in hotel rooms, luggage rooms, or other areas. We recommend that you never leave luggage or valuables unattended in public areas.

Processing of Personal Data

You can read more about how we process your personal data here: Privacy Policy

Payment

For your and our safety, we are a cash-free hotel. For card payments, we accept most major credit card companies.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in all the common areas of the hotel, and your dog or cat is welcome to stay with us in certain room categories for an additional cleaning fee of SEK 300 per room. A maximum of two pets are allowed per hotel room. In the event of an accident where damage is caused by the pet, you as the customer will be charged for this cost.

Parking

The most convenient way to get to and from our hotels, restaurants, and our arena Cirkus is by public transport. Both Djurgårdsfärjan line 82 (ferry), tram line 7, and bus line 67 stop nearby. If you take the tram or bus, get off at Gröna Lund/Liljevalchs/ABBA The Museum, and if you take the boat, get off at Allmänna Gränd. More information and a journey planner can be found on SL’s website. The hotels do not have their own parking. Public parking is available, for rates see the respective parking area.

Rules for Minors

Guests under 18 years of age must stay with a guardian.

Smoking

We are a smoke-free hotel and smoking is not allowed indoors, at the hotel entrances, or at our outdoor seating areas. All hotel rooms are also smoke-free. The smoking ban also includes the hotel room’s windows and any balconies. Violation of the smoking ban will be charged SEK 3,000.
