Savant changes their wines by the glass every day. For the most updated list, see Instagram. They also serve Nordic beers, and we have a substantial non-alcoholic assortment. The dishes are made from seasonal Swedish vegetables from small farmers from around Sweden put together by our fantastic head chef, Daniel Jansfors. Savant also stock superb Swedish cheese from all parts of the country.
