Accessibility

At Backstage Hotel, there are five accessibility-adapted hotel rooms, which can be easily booked by contacting our reception.

Our hotel rooms
– Adjustable beds for back and leg height in our accessibility-adapted hotel rooms.
– Alarm in the bathroom, in our accessibility-adapted hotel rooms.
– Portable vibrating alarm placed under the pillow to alert in case of a fire alarm. Notify our frontdesk staff if you wish to borrow the vibrating alarm.

Allergy
– Perfume-free soap and hair care available upon request.
– Non-down duvets and pillows.

Public areas
– Cane holders mounted on hotel reception desks.
– Accessible toilets in public areas.
– Elevators to hotel rooms that are at least 800mm wide at the opening.
– Spacious hotel entrances with sensor-controlled sliding doors.
– We are a pet-friendly hotel – four-legged friends including guide dogs are welcome.
– We are a non-smoking hotel.

Food & drink
– Separate allergy station at the breakfast buffet. Lactose- and gluten-free options are available at the breakfast buffet.
– We do our best to meet our guests’ needs. If you have a food allergy and wish to ensure that the hotel can offer food that suits you, we recommend contacting us in advance at hov[at]konsthallen.com.

Getting here
– Tram line 7 and bus 67 stop right outside the hotel, station Liljevalchs/Gröna Lund/ABBA The Museum.
– Ferry lines 80 and 82 stop at Allmänna gränd, about 200 meters from the hotel.
– With a taxi or accessible transport service, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged directly at the entrance at Djurgårdsvägen 68.
